I could barely run for a minute when I started but I am now 6 months into my running journey. I completed my 5k training program three months ago and I now run 5k 3 times a week.  It wasn’t easy and I doubted my abilities on plenty of occasions, sometimes...but I did it and I am so proud of myself.

To put it plainly, running gives me purpose. It sets my body and mind on fire. I can achieve anything after a 7 mile run. And, it fills me with a sense hope for the future- things are all going to work out.
