I could barely run for a minute when I started but I am now 6 months into my running journey. I completed my 5k training program three months ago and I now run 5k 3 times a week. It wasn’t easy and I doubted my abilities on plenty of occasions, sometimes...but I did it and I am so proud of myself.Jodi B.
To put it plainly, running gives me purpose. It sets my body and mind on fire. I can achieve anything after a 7 mile run. And, it fills me with a sense hope for the future- things are all going to work out.Ellie S.
Now that I’ve gotten in much better running shape I love to push myself and see how far I can go. The Andorfins challenges have been so fun to do and they have helped me change up my typical routine.Missy C.
Start small. Celebrate the small wins, put on some tunes, be consistent, and just keep going. Find what works for you. At your own pace. One mile at a time. You got this! Much love and happy running! LEGS GO! 😊🏃🏻♀️❤️Erin
